The tech's all there, and worms isn't exactly a demanding game, so I've got a couple of requests.

While the stock AA is good, I do sometimes notice a few jaggies around corners. I'm not sure why this is or how to fix it, there's no video option for it and I can't find a cfg comm for it either.

Object blur would also be really nice as an option. For instance, when something moves at a high speed, you experience blur on that object. Not when you move the screen around, as that would be kinda annoying :P

Object blur really has a huge impact. See a meet the team video (meet the soldier has the most actual gameplay in it, around the start) and compare it to ingame. Minus the custom anims and cam shake, what is it that makes it so much better looking? Object blur. It gives a much better sense of velocity as it's blurring like your brain expects it to.

Ignore the rope related intent of the following video (keep ninja rope discussion out of this please) but you'll see what I mean, the creator has added some subtle blur.
