Yes it looks good from the trailer so why not show some gameplay videos to highlight various aspects like the new physics, roping etc

You have to keep remember that recording gameplay videos is a lot harder on consoles.

It would be really awesome if T17 got two or more of their best inhouse players, be it testers or staff, had them play a match and uploaded the video of the whole thing. ;)

I want to see a 1920 1080p video i wana see how if the game stays at a fixed distance to the worms or makes em smaller and see the whole map (the bigger the res i.e 1080p) so no or little scrolling like in WA. As the vids i see all look like on low res i.e zoomed in so worms and things look big but the res of the gfx look nice. Just hope its all zoomed out heavily like in WA otherwise it will be crap for shopper this new game unless a mod can change somit to make it like WA.

It's better than in WA, in all games since Open Warfare you can change the resolution in-game (there's a zoom in and out option)

I imagine dynamic zoom-in/zoom-out might've been an expensive operation back in the DirectDraw days.

There is a way to do it though - take a wide screenshot, freeze it in place, zoom out on the picture, zoom back in to where you want to be, remove the picture and allow gameplay to continue.
It's not a live zooming function (unless you update the picture every few frames - a slightly lower framerate might not be noticed after the zoom transition), but it behaves in the same way as the zoom in the first Worms game.

Yea, Worms: Open Warfare 2 DS had this option and view was a lot opener than in other titles, especially for roping and jetpacking it was nice.
