2. On wormnet I want to set my own CUSTOM sound scheme...will other players hear my custom sounds?

1. Transfer the WG.WTG file from the \User\Teams folder from one installation to the other.

2. They won't, unless they have a soudbbank with exactly the same folder name in their \User\Speech folder, in which case they'll hear whatever files are in it.
