I looked for this problem in the Troubleshooting FAQ, but I didn't find any mention of it.
I upgrade the game to version 3.6.29.0 and when I click on the WA.exe, there is a black screen for 3-4 seconds and nothing happend.

what I need to do?

Is there a file called ERRORLOG.TXT in your W:A folder?
