Seems there are rumours flying around that Steam could soon be released on Mac: http://www.macrumors.com/2010/02/26/valves-steam-heading-to-the-mac/
If this were the case, and it happened relatively soon, would Team17 consider releasing W2A on Mac? :p

Please tell us when the game will be released on mac :(
Team17 Software Ltd: We are really awaiting a good digital distribution answer for Mac, rumours of Steam support coming which would be great (http://www.facebook.com/Team17Software#!/Team17Software?v=feed&story_fbid=333788921168).

Even if STEAM does come to MAC, the game would still have be to developed for the MAC platform and Team17 have said on FB its something they will look into once the PC game is out and if they do go ahead with it it will not be in house.

Im wondering if Worms reloaded will be a 100% Steam game (like Gmod/TF2/CSS/valvegames/etc), using all the steam features (includins steam achievements and servers), or a standalone game (non-steam app) running and beaing downloaded through Steam (like World of goo,Plants vs Zombies, Crazy machines, etc).
I think (and hope) it to be like world of goo (wich have online support), crazy machines,etc......i dont like the steam system at all (I think i said that many times already xD).
If there is potential for a retail release further down the line, they might not be so keen on adding so many Steam dependant features to it.
Linux would be nice...
