If you mean clothes and other things to download, yes. But mods not so much, also because if the others don't have the same options, mods or else as you, they're having a crash when the online match starts.

Well, you can make yourself some fancy gentle manne hats, but like any other content mod in any other game, only you will be able to see them. As for maps, modifying an existing map requires every other player who joins you to download that map before starting the game, which is really impractical.

The only category of "mods" which works flawlessly online with no required setup is factory weapons, and you know that's evil because you can create absolutely overpowered stuff and ruin the game with it.

_Kilburn's ones always had cool and interesting effects, but most people won't go with the effort and instead just modify damage up really high. Don't try to tell me that you've put in as much work as _Kilburn does.
