I've been playing W:A on a brand new laptop (w/ Windows 7) for the last couple of months, and single player works great. But every time I play a network game (either LAN or worm net), I experience about 60-90 seconds of lag time before the first player's turn (and then again every time it's his turn again).

Here's a typical sequence of events:
- Player 1 goes. I see the "waiting for network" icon flash on my screen for 60-90 seconds. Everyone else on the network is watching in real-time.
- Player 2 goes. Sometimes I can watch in real-time, sometime I'm still waiting for my "waiting" icon to go away.
- Player 3 goes. By this time I'm probably still watching player 1 go.
- My turn. While I'm watching player 2 and 3, everyone else in the game is waiting for me. When I finally go, everyone watches me in real time.
- Player 1 goes again. Everything repeats.

I have a blazing fast internet connection, which is shared by my roommates. Every time we all play together, it's only me who experiences this problem.

Any ideas here? This is driving me crazy!
