You made the entire website using Flash, which is a totally bad idea.

You should read this article for why:
Flash: 99% Bad (http://www.useit.com/alertbox/20001029.html) — from Jakob Nielsen's Alertbox, October 29, 2000

Hey,

I appreciate the concern and have read the article and must agree with it. With our site, usability will mainly be with us, the admins, as the main usability from participants will be viewing groups/standings, etc.

As I mentioned above, we are getting a domain and the site will be running much smoother and faster.

Registration is now open as well for WWC.

Thanks,

Blainski

Ugh, the site is totally in flash, and totally overdone with animations. What ever happened to simple.. actually what happened to Web 1.1 or proper websites? It's bad enough movie studios using flash websites, but this is just overdone with animations and loading bars left right and center.

Anyway.. interesting.

I should have mentioned this already, at least in this link.

59 people are already registered. I know NOTHING of web making and only helped create the info on the site. This was by far the easiest for us to use to create an opportunity for wormers to play friendly and fun international worms competition. If you don't like it, you don't have to join. This was my first time being involved in anyway form of website creation. The "criticism" is noted and will be kept into consideration for future.
