I've noticed more hard locks, forcing me to turn off the console. It happens a couple seconds after I drop a weapon from the rope, and rarely happens, but this kind of rare is more frequent then pre-patch freezes.

Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

check your console fans are working and clear of dust, check how hot your console is when a freeze occurs.

I do also have (very) rare freezes and I am completely sure it is due to the game and not to my console overheating.

There have been games in the past which could cause the console to freeze so this can happen due to software bugs.

Seems like my friend is also having this problem, but more frequently then I am. Maybe franpa is on to something, but I can't be bothered to see if it's actually triggered by the temperature of the console. The freezing seems to be random.

Its true. if someone is using the rope about 10 seconds, there is a chance to your 360 freezes itself.

I'm going to spend a bit of time to narrow down and reproduce this issue. Could you confirm a few things:

1. Does this occur in offline play, online play or both?
2. Does it occur after dropping a particular weapon from the rope?
3. How many times have you seen it? (ie. how easy is it to reproduce?)

1. Online play only.

I play offline matches with myself just for fun and for improvement sometimes. I've never had that happen.

2.Yes it does. It's almost a predictable amount of time after someone drops a weapon from the rope. It also freezes without dropping anything, as seen in the video.

3.Tons. It happens to me, it happens to my friends in private matches, it happens in public games.
