The artist get's paid how much and they let him be that lazy? Gah...

...but yeah anyways... eye brows would make it look better. Just add them like how you added the eyes. :p

It's pretty good, and the mouse is a nice addition for frame of reference. Eyebrows would be useful to put on, not least because the worm (despite its huge grin) looks decidedly emotionless, merely staring intensely to someone over to the right with savage hunger in its eyes.
Also perhaps extend the body - it almost looks like a surrealistic cartoon of a face ending at the chin, and only the hand makes that notion dismissive.
