I don't know if this is the problem with my computer, the game, internet, or a lack of some program.

I have gamespy installed and I made an account. When I turn on online play in worms 3d it says that i have the latest version installed. I log in and there is nobody in the rooms, ZERO, NADA. Is there really nobody there or is it a problem with my computer?
Of course I am running the game on PC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
