Okay, so quite frankly I'm beginning to get frustrated. Every time I fire up Worms 2, it says that I'm a new recruit, make a new team, etc. and when I go to edit the teams, my teams aren't there. Though when I start a campaign or another match, my teams ARE there. In addition, none of my progress is saved nor the items I've bought. WTF is going on here? How can I fix this? Should I delete and re-download?

Have you been moving your hard drive between consoles?

If so, this is a known bug, as detailed here (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?t=38984) and will be fixed in the soon-to-be-released update (no firm date available yet though)

I have moved them before, however I have not moved it since I've purchased Worms. Any idea when the patch will be released?

In case you didn't know, a guy named Flavius submitted a workaround for the save glitch on facebook. Here it is:

Here is the workaround for the "lose your save" bug:

Sign out. Start the game as a trial, then once you hit start, choose your profile. Do this EVERY time and your progress will always be saved. I think this applies only to those who purchased on a different console than the only you're playing on, but those could be the only folks with the problem to begin with. My other 90+ games were purchased in this scenario and work fine, so this needs fixed ASAP!

update: according to T17, all you need to do is sign out, then back in when you get the "new recruit" message.
