That's the easy way.

Look at mine (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l96XOCvU3d0) haha

Place the girder at a slight angle, tilting down to the left - if you get the height right you should be able to forward jump near to the turret.

Place a mine near to the turret but, a little to the left of it and retreat.

Trigger the mine and retreat. If you placed the mine too far to the right then, you might have trouble backflipping up to the next turret. Backflip up and place a mine near to the turret then, retreat.

Trigger the mine and retreat. Trigger the next mine and retreat. Go to the edge of the tree above the turret near the crate and place a mine on the edge of the tree and retreat - don't drop it onto the turret.

Trigger the mine and collect the crate.

Kamikaze diagonally down onto the last turret, from the tree. You'll destroy the turret and collect the crate.

From the tree you just used the kamikaze from, go close to the right edge, choose the parachute and jump.
