I've played against people that seem to have some sort of a Jedi/Star Wars voice theme going on which I haven't been able to find for the life of me and am now starting into the "coveting it" stage. Is it something unlocked? Is it one of the existing sound bank options, but the brief example snippet isn't easily identifiable? Is it, perhaps, something downloaded from the original XBLA Worms? Help please!

I wouldn't be surprised if you get it unlocked by completing all the achievements.

Can you distinguish a couple of things they say? Maybe that will help if you are just hearing another soundbank and don't know what it's called.

I've accidentally stumbled upon this in a local game. I cannot remember the soundbank, but i believe it started with an "M". It had not indication in the name that it was Star Wars quotes, but when you hear them it's obvious. What it says when you change to that bank, isn't anything that is an obvious SW reference either, iirc. Choose different ones that begin with "M" and see what you get.

I liked the William Wallace, "People don't follow titles. They follow courage." line from Braveheart.

That soundbank with the "William Wallace" quote is entirely from Braveheart. All the quotes including "you dropped your rock" and "Freedom!" are from that movie.

I tried to figure out what the Jedi soundbank was but i couldn't. There is only 1 "M" and it's not it, so i must have been mistaken. My son was playing one of the Human prebuilt teams. So try playing one of them (that might have been where i got the "M" from, might be the name of the team). And see if you can figure out which soundbank they are using.

The jedi soundbank is the default voice of the pre-built human-controlled "Mavericks" team, so indiix2 was right on a couple levels--thanks for the lead!

Unfortunately, I don't think it is a soundbank that can be custom-selected. . . I may end up ditching my custom team, at least until I get tired of hearing "What do you wish, Master?" (Not likely)

DLC it, please!

its called "space monk," and it is the speech bank for the team mavericks. there is another premade team (cant remember which) with a speech bank called "poor rapper" that you also cannot select in custom team setup.

i setup a local game with the two of them to hear the lines, theyre both pretty great.

im guessing its "DLC," otherwise know as "already in the game, unlocked once you pay for it-content." i would guess that it was put in the game before it became DLC either as a tease, or a mistake....likely the latter.
