When is planned a real fix (a patch) for WWP and Vista/Win7?

I've seen a lot of batch files and workarounds labelled "fixes" but they are not and do not work 100% on all systems...

Is there a scheduled To-Do list with a planned real fix for Vista/Win7? :-/

WWP was released in 2001. Do you honestly expect a game of that age to be maintained by ANYONE?

On the other hand, the current Worms Armageddon developers (who, I beleive, are volunteers who do it for fun) are going to make it possible to play on Worms Armageddon with a Worms World Party CD (which is great). Of course, don't rush them, they are only doing this in their free time, but it WILL COME. Worms Armageddon, thanks to their efforts, has most, if not all, of these problems fixed or going to be fixed.

Mmmh, why do you call it "Compatibility fix"? I hoped it was real patch fix for the game but it's actually just a "workaround" to disable AERO, stop explorer.exe before running the game! :(

Hope to see soon a REAL FIX.
Thanks for these workarounds in the meanwhile....It is IMPOSSIBLE to see a REAL FIX from a non team17 developer. This would be REVERSE ENGINEERING/CRACKING!
And as the Worms World Party development is over, a REAL FIX WILL NEVER APPEAR.

As you can see, Muzer says the same thing. Do you believe that with a poll you will gain anything? Use a "WORKAROUND" or try another game.

Can't understand why these harsh replies since I didn't want to offend anyone... anyway I hope Team17 will release a PC version for "Worms 2: Armageddon" at least and this one will surely run fine on Vista/Win7... byez Worms friends (I use Worms since Amiga old days)!
