Okay, so if you go to the Worms 2: Armageddon Trailer, and pause it at 0:35-0:36, you'll see about six or seven worms.

So are there team games in this version, or can you have more then four worms per team?

There are team games but it's still limited to 4 worms per player and 1 online team per system.

Im more interested in "how many teams per game are allowed?" than "how many worms per team?" anyway.

WOW2 PSP only supported a max of 16 worms (4 players with 4 worms each). I'm pretty sure W2:A will be the same. The xbox.com (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/w/worms2armageddonxbla/) page confirms the 4 player limit. It would be nice if they increased it for the PC version but 4 player games are fine (6 player games can take way too long).

Since almost all the latest worms game included a 4 worms per team limitation (including W4M the latest worms for PC) i wont be surpriced if this happens in W2:A for PC too.

I don't understand why though. My 360/PS3/PC can't handle more than 4 worms on one team? Is it too graphically tasking? I don't understand why when you already had 8 worms on a team 10 years ago.
I understand ranked matches being limited...but why limit private/local matches?

OK, this is an Xbox. Not a PC. People on the Xbox don't have the same amount of patience as people on the PC. Notice how we only have two MMORPG's on the Xbox? No one wants to take the time. Sure, we have various RPG's, but those don't require menial tasks and grinding. The game isn't a full blown complicated worms game. This is NOT World Party. Get over it. This is a cheap download off of the XBLA. If you really think the old games are better, why don't you just play them?

If they did 6 worms in Worms 4 Mayhem, which was ON Xbox, they can do it on X360 too. There's no reason not to, other than "i'm impatient"

6+ teams I'd disagree with though.
