Well, Worms 2 (I believe) up to Worms World Party has the Team17 Test speechbank, which was cleverly disguised as a test speech by Team17, and has some words that come pretty close to swears in it. That's probably what you mean. The best of the 3 games would be Worms Armageddon, so get that one.
