Can you put in your own audio files and pictures? That would be really awesome to record your own voice tracks and make personalized pictures for tombstones and flags.

Yes. Yes you can. Your images will need to be the same size as those in your team17/Worms World Party/User/Grave (or flag) folder, saved as 256 colour bitmaps. I'm not sure about the details for custom speech, but I believe there is a program on the WWP website that you can use.

Sound-recorder generated files can be used for speech (well, XP sound recorder anyway), and you can base it off the default sound bank to learn where to put the files and what to call them (or you can use the nice and simple T17 sound bank editor, called banked.exe or something along those lines, can't remember exactly; it has the icon of two trumpets)

Yes, but that one has to be downloaded from the T17's WWP page, as it doesn't come on the CD by default.
(BTW, it's still the very same Bankeditor that came with W2 and WA.)
