I wanted to ask:
1) what is the latest Worms game on PC?
2) what is the latest 2D Worms game on PC?

I really hated Worms Forts, I used to play worms world party online a lot, and enjoy games like Shoppa, and Forts came and destroyed these games completely. I'm using vista now, so World Party won't work.
I want to know the latest release and latest 2D release of worms, and if it works on vista or not.

The latest worms game for PC would be Worms 4: Mayhem - a sequel to Worms 3D. But there is a new 2D game (almost a remake of Worms Armageddon) coming out on XBox 360 and later PC.

The "latest" 2D worms game is still Worms World Party.


If you're having issues with WWP on Vista, it might be worth investing in Worms Armageddon, as this is still being patched and updated and works in Vista. Do not buy it from a download site, go to https://secure.team17.com and buy a CD version (its in a box set) - its dirt cheap even with shipping to the USA

Thats a 2D-only scheme, there's not any special roping in the 3D games.
