I start it up and then my screen goes black, looks like its trying to start up and then...

and it quits

You must use compatibility mode: Windows 2000
start with 256 colors
Start with desktop reselutiion 640x480. Dont Worry you can change the resulotion in the game to 1024x768
disabel Visual Designs
and the other stuff under settings.

And you must run it as an administrator!

I have upload the color fix for Vista that you need when you have trouble
with the colors. Its a txt i know I have to upload that as an txt because
for zip or rar file it is to big.

You do open the color data so:right click, open with and than you take
win rar or win zip. Do open the data in the zip folder and extract the datas in your folder with Worms World Party. Then you must open the data install FIX - WWP. Then you open the game normaly.

Uninstall wwp, then go into the installer folder on the cd and run setup.exe in windows 98 compatability mode. This worked for me.

and still i can't make WWP work there

Have the same problem. I have install the official patch, the color fix, changed the compatibility mode to Windows 2000, 256 color and screenresolution on 640x480.

1) Uninstall the game
2) Find the Worms World Party Folder and delete it (usually C:\Team 17\Worms World Party\)
3) Install Worms World Party
4) Copy the DATA folder from your CD to the game directory (overwriting the files)
5) Apply the SP1 Patch (optional)
6) Install this Fix (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?p=694590)
