There are no (type-in) cheat codes in WWP.
What you are talking about is editing the mission's data files.

Those are normally on the CD which means they are read-only, so I highly suspect that you are using a pirated copy of the game, where all the data is on the HDD, thus can be edited.

This thread seems a bit suspicious to me... given that you cannot actually buy the game from http://wwp.team17.com - only download the demo...

So given that there is a hint of possible piracy here...
