I dont understand,but when I host a game on WormNET the guys coming in there and wanna play cant select ther team...and I connection gets failed

may be your disc. If so, keep your disc clean. If not, its probably the network.

There are ports you need to forward, there might be a Worms 3D tutorial on http://portforward.com (click on routers). If not, find the ports from the worms 3D website, and use a different forwarding tutorial, replacing those ports with the Worms 3D ports.
