The animation is horribly bad, but I like the expression on the face of the worm on the right.

The animation on the second one is so bad it's hilarious. By the way, when I saw "Horror" and "Flash" in the title, I thought that it was going to be one of those things that gets you to look at something for 30 seconds and then flashes a freaky/creepy image at you after 29.

I will not comment on the animations of either one, but I WILL say that the worm in the first one is not too bad.

Uh, I'm not expecting any of you to be even vaguely impressed by this as it is just a bunch of stylish tweens and fancy drawing; however, it's worms related and let's be honest here, WE ALL LOVE WORMS.

Your 'cartoons' at the top poninja are also just tweens, but hardly stylish. Nobody even waves just by twiddling their wrist these days unless they're backward and infirm, so the animation itself is flawed. You're also having the action in your animations run at such a slow pace that I actually feel tired; even if they are just tests rather than story-based masterpeices, it's just BORING.

Your work, more often than not, has been known to cause chronic diphtheria, dissolving of the knees, irritable bowels, and has also been known to adversely affect the mental development of children later in life. What do you expect from a pile of kids who are in the stages of improving, and when they show art most most say their art is rubbish, but they think its okay?

I just think your generation is completely messed up
I expect a pile of kids to go play outside, pratice some sport, watching a pile of cartoons, having their first girlfriends and stuff, meet up with friends to chat for a while, without whoring about anything...
Not stay on a computer for about 12 hours per day, drawing crap and posting on a forum for a bunch of nerds kids and nerd grown ups to analize and say "Hey, Shad-shad! Nice work there ma mahn!!!"

While I think Pyramid's being a bit harsh, I have to agree with him - I've long been of the opinion that the FanArt forum is little more than a self-congratulatory forum where people post their awful, awful art and get a pat on the back from other people who post their own awful, awful art. poninja, Shadowmoan and Basti@n epitomize this mentality - you post awful art, get congratulated by your peers, and when someone like myself comes in and upsets the apple cart you all leap to each others' defense.

For reference, I'm not learning to draw. I'm learning to draw using a tablet. That's a very different process and I'm still getting the hang on it. You've been drawing either using a mouse or using an actual pencil on actual paper, and you're incapable of getting it right in either case.

It's not great. But, again, 2002/2003. All of these pictures you've linked to so far aren't great, but they're still better than anything you and yours have put out in the past year.

I don't claim that any of this stuff is good, of course, but it's progression. I'm particularly proud of the Zero72 drawing - I really wanted to do more with that style, but I lost interest in my art. Now that I'm dabbling again I may well have another stab at the style.

If you have any actual, proper criticism rather than "Oh look! Years ago he sucked! I'm going to call reference to it in an argument because he's saying we suck now!" I'll be happy to hear it. But you're the last person on Earth qualified to tell me whether or not a worm is properly shaped or not.

No, I expect people to actually grow artistically. You and yours have failed to do this - if anything you've gotten worse.

Another point to consider: You don't have to be a soccer player to enjoy the sport, you don't have to be a musician to appreciate the genius of the Beatles, and you don't have to be a talented artist to spot when something is completely, utterly, unashamedly sh*t. So whether or not I'm a competent artist is irrelevant.

This thread has gone far enough. Shadowmoon, you're just being childish, even for a 12-year old now.
