They look fine...
It kinda looks like your using my old method of drawing worms. But there isn't anything really wrong with them. Just keep working at it and attempt at drawing different angles, poses, and expressions and that will help evolve your ability to draw worms, as well as many other things.

Sure there are a few things you can point out and say it's not the best, but like I said just keep drawing them until you think it looks correct. There isn't any other way to improve at anything rather than to practice.

The first and the last are the better ones
I realy don't have any sugestion for you to improve
Like Slick said, you just need to draw, draw alot

See others artist's draws and try to daw something similar, not to imitate the style of the artist, but only as pratice method
Soon, you'll be familiar with expressions and poses and then you can use these expressions and posses on your worms of your style
