I've downloaded the game via secure download site. i can enter the Wormnet, but if i try to join the game, i says something like this: make sure your CD is in your CD-ROM.
Since i downloaded the game, i dont have any CD...
anyone has an idea?

This means you probably downloaded the game from a site that you shouldn't have downloaded it from. And we can't help you if you have. I'd advise you to the buy the game from here (https://secure.team17.com/shop.html?area=popular), its dirt cheap.;)

Or, just buy it from your local game shop.

The Trymedia games are unfortunately incompatible with the patches, and are also a total rip-off.

Try to get a refund from Trymedia (there's a sticky thread in the Worms Armageddon forum which can point you in the right direction, but that's for WA), then buy the CD version from the T17 shop - they ship internationally. Click here for WWP on T17's shop: https://secure.team17.com/browse.html?area=detail&skuid=34

This (http://csc.trymedia.com/csc/question/publisher=team17/contentid=30148e052fd46781aca0fbaa2b847277/offering=60m_d_542_f/affiliate=trygames/question=activation_1/position=0_9/index.html) is the refund form for WWP.

Once you get your money back, I highly suggest that you buy the CD version of WA (or a multi-pack together with W2 and/or WWP) from the T17 store.
It's definitely the best version with the new features of the beta updates.

Oh man, it seemed like this issue was at rest for some while now.

Has any contact been made with Trymedia for them to make this problem clear to customers? Seriously, I doubt they're making any relevant money from Worm sales, they'd probably be better of by showing they're honest instead of dissapointing people like this - only on this forum they have managed to destroy their reputation for that, and I'm sure the word is around other places.
