Are you sure that your clock and timezone are definately right?

Not only clock and timezone in Windows, but also - as the error implies - your machine's internal time, which you can check & set in your BIOS.

In my experience, the System OS clock matches the Bios Clock. He's probably chosen a timezone that conflicts with the system regional settings; WWP produces an error when this happens.

Yes, because the OS fetches the time from the BIOS. And if the latter is set incorrectly, it'll be incorrectly in the OS too.
