I was wondering why does some people have better rank than the others and how can I upgrade my rank. It make like 2 month I play online and my rank never changed.

Online ranking has never been activated in WWP.

Highly likely because in the year 2000 someone hacked the online ranking in WA and T17 shut it down and it has never been reactivated since. (Deadcode and Cybershadow are working on that however.)

So, those people you see with a higher rank than the default one stripe, bronze one are using the same hacking tools that caused the deactivation of the ranking in the first place.
