Hi,

I have a problem with "Worms World Party" and I would appreciate anyone to help me.

First a few facts about my computer, I am using Windows XP, a "Speedport W 501 V" router and my firewall is already turned off.

Anyway, here's my problem: I tried to connect to the WormNet Server, then I had to enter a username and a password, which worked out perfectly, just that after it was done loading, nothing appeared, I was just given a blank background.

So far so good, after I tried this out several times, I figured that this just wouldn't work and so me and the friend with whom I tried to play online, created a network with a seperate program (Hamachi) and tried to play via TCP/IP, but this didn't work either. Both of us saw our own name in the player list, but we couldn’t see each other, even after trying to host.

Now I am wondering whether there are any settings we disregarded, and of course why I could not really connect to a server although I didn't get an error message or anything. I also already checked my IP-address and entered the correct one (the game somehow suggested a false one to me).

I found that router will probably cause failling to play WWP online.

When I was using a router,I could connect to the WormNet Server.BUT I COULD ONLY JOIN OTHER'S GAME AND PLAY.I COULD'T HOST A GAME(others couldn't join my game).

I am looking for the method to solve this problem.

I have not found a solution for that problem yet either, so it would be great if you could tell me what it is if you find out where the problem lies.

I haven't managed to get online yet, and have a similar problem - did you manage to fix it? I'm running Vista 32 Ultimate at the moment, but have a very similar problem!

Forward the appropriate ports in your router.

Just click Worms Armageddon, the ports are the same (at least the relavant ones are, WWP changes one port but you don't actually need to forward that one, it's a common misconception)

please help me, I play worms world party, and when I go to networking it's said that my patch must update. How to updating the patch?

Did you entered your current WAN-IP address?
You have to do to play online.
Maybe you forgot to enter it in configurations... ?
