I have played this on just my computer for a long time and have gotten pretty good at it. I was wondering if anyone still played this online, giving me a reason to buy it.

And please don't just say "yeah, I play it" or something, comments like "I usually see XX number of games at any one time going on" or "I only see people on during weekends" would be most helpful.

Don't bother with WWP. Buy Worms:Armageddon instead; it's still being updated, even though it came out before WWP did. It's got way more features, like maps that span 30000 by 30000 pixels instead of the normal 1920 by 696.

Also, you can have up to 48 worms onscreen, you can have 250 mines/oilbarrels and there's loads of bugfixes that help it work on newer machines.

Also, there's usually around 35 people on at any one time.

Make that 70 people with peaks of around 100 if you count those connecting to WormNet with programs other than WA.exe.
