I joined these forums just to ask this question, will Worms United work on a Windows Vista that has an intel graphics card?
It doesn't use Direct X, so it shouldn't have a problem. In theory. Running in DOSBox will probably work, and running natively might work if you get a Sold-Out Software version with disabled FMVs.

Forgot to mention can it work WITHOUT any downloaded things on a Vista with the cursed intel graphics card?
Forgot to mention that I don't want to download stuff or get a specific version
Is there anyway for it to work on a Vista without all that stuff?
So, there is no simple way to get United to work on Vista? (by simple I mean putting the game in and clicking install without worrying about anything)
Well, the only way is to get it and see. Try to get a Sold-Out software version of the game (they're obvious, the box has a yellow and white border about 3cm wide and the disc is completely turquoise), as they have better compatibility. You may have no choice but to install DOSBox, may I ask why you don't want to?
DOSBox is probably the easiest way to get it to run with sound effects, CD audio and FMVs.
1) Get DOSBox: http://www.dosbox.com
2) Install and run it.
3) At the prompt enter these lines (where E: is the harddrive I install my games to and G: is the CD drive with the game CD):
mount e e:\
mount g g:\ -t cdrom -usecd 0 -ioctl
g:
install.exe
4) Duplicate the dosbox.conf and rename it to something like worms.conf, then add the following lines at the very bottom below the [autoexec] section (e:\games\worms is the path where I installed the game):
mount e e:\
mount g g:\ -t cdrom -usecd 0 -ioctl
e:
cd games\worms
worms
(E:\games\worms is the path where I installed the game.)
5) Create a desktop shortcut with this target path:
"C:\Program Files\DOSBox-0.72\dosbox.exe" -conf "C:\Program Files\DOSBox-0.72\worms.conf"
6) Finally, use the worms icon I created with your desktop shortcut:

If you're gonna make a configuration for just one game you might as well just mount the game folder. :p
