My computer suffers from a lot of things.
It's at least 6 years old. c:

Could be related to <<some url>>

Too bad that only affects search queries. I accessed ImageShack by typing in the URL, the smarter way to surf.

Also, it's gone now. ImageShack's safe as a pocket watch.

Simile, not Smilie - not the positioning of the i's.

simile
noun
a figure of speech involving the comparison of one thing with another thing of a different kind, used to make a description more emphatic or vivid (e.g., as brave as a lion, crazy like a fox).
• the use of such a method of comparison.

ORIGIN late Middle English : from Latin, neuter of similis ‘like.’

What's done?

If you were refering to ImageShack, then yeah it's alright.

Greasemonkey is still smiling, so I don't see a problem anywhere.

ImageShack's safe as a pocket watch. No. Remember that episode of Bernard's watch where his dad shut the car boot on his pocket? I thought his watch would never recover from that.

Nope.

I do, however, remember an episode where bernerd terrorized a neighbor with a legion of garden gnomes, by stop-motion animation.

Well, it wasn't a neighbor. It was a burglar who had come disguised as a window cleaner and climbed up a ladder into a second floor bedroom, thinking no one else was about, and proceeded downstairs to steal his tv. I remember it well.
