When I get my scanner working on Linux (shouldn't be tto hard, it's a well known brand (Epson)) I'll do it. What dort of DPI do you want, I'm a bit of a noob at cover scanning.

EDIT: OK, I have the image, it has one small crease but I'm sure you can use a de-scratch tool or something to iron that out. It is also slightly bent because the stupid scanner doesn't have a big enough lid. But I'll email it.
