And now for an actual reply and not just moderator fodder. The shape is terribly wrong and looks nothing like a "classic worm" or a modern one for that matter. Try to fix the tumor on the head and the weird shaft. Also, the gun doesn't have some things the worm has, and inconsistency is something you want to avoid.

We have all different points of view, but i just say its one of those "classic worms" so don't say its wrong I think it's great to me!

Reminds me rather of the menu-screen worms from Worms World Party. Unorthodox, certainly, and they could use a little work on the tails, but with a little development they should come on well.
