I liked the shape of the body and the eyes. The colours are great too

You made both bazooka's extremitys turned to the same way when one should be turned more to the front (like, when you see the hole) and the other more from far

anyway, that's pretty good. as pyramid said, you need to have the bazooka ends be opposite of each other, but other than that it's darn good. you may want to make the eye brows a tad larger, since they seem a bit overly small, but that's just my opinion. feel free to keep them as is.

I had to make something to commemorate this event.

This may sound stupid, but I think the rocket/missile in the second picture looks a bit fat and short. And the hand in the last one looks kind of weird. But except for that, its good. Anyway, I can't really give critisism because it'll probably backfire somehow. So, keep up the good work.

You hold shift. If you also hold Ctrl, then it'll constrain the straight line to particular angles, like perfectly horizontal and 45 degrees etc.
