A big bottle of C+, several remixes of "Grabbag," a buddy, screaming, and Contra 2-player with sound off. Now that is fun defined.
We got to the last level after 2 hours straight of trying, but never got past that. We were out of lives and continues at that point.

Then I bought a sandwich in Sainsbury's, standing in a long queue for about 5-10 minutes with the person behind me constantly whistling. I can't tell you how tempting it felt at the time to turn around and punch him in the face.
