They're super speed because the standard scale and rotate doesn't really work on them because they're too small.

Do mine but keep the animation if that's possible. If it will use up too much memory, just take the shot with the worm with a banana on his head and do it with that.

For some reason getting working gifs by saving the output only seems to work from Opera. I have absolutely no clue why. Huge file size atm, and it's not as good as what melon does.

All frames last 50 milliseconds.
Frame 1 : Normal picture.
Frame 2: Scaled up 10% and then rotated 5 degrees clockwise.
Frame 3: Normal picture inverted.
Frame 4: Frame 2 inverted.
Finally, I drop it to 30 colours by indexing it. This usually gets it below 10k unless it's HK's avatar, which I had to drop all the way to a rather poor 13 colours.
