1) Main menu. I click on "Navigation".
2) Loading screen. I click on "OK".
3) Request for the serial number. I key in the s/n.
4) Compare the S/N with the one on the box. I click "Register".
5) Error.

Any help please? Or maybe some comment.

p.s. images are captured using samsung nv7 (7.2mp) fyi

Hmmm... I think I see the error. In the second box you put in M360G, but on the packaging after the first zero, it says M380G.
