Is that supposed to be funny? Anyway, you don't need to even have it animated. Just take a pic of whatever you like, make it a GIF or JPEG, 100x100 and under 9.8 kb.

...How do you make GIF images??????????????????????????????????

easy: use paint, save picture as... select format as GIF (Graphical Interchange Format)

jz kiddin... you use an animation program. e.g Flash, photoshop, THE GIMP, the Tab, etc.

Once you have obtained an animation program, post again here.

There's always a very slight possibility that I'll give it a shot, as a first animation thing I guess.
Don't expect anything great if I do end up making something.
