I installed Worms Armageddon and all its patches. I set the speeches for my team to English. Even though, when a worm's energy reaches zero and it's about to die, its last words are in portuguese! What can I do to fix it and turn all their speeches to English? Thanks.

First, let me get this straight — are you saying that now, all your teams speeches are in English except for the death speech? You're not talking about the text at the top of the screen — you're talking about audio clips, right?

It might be helpful if you'd post an audio recording, of your team "speaking" both in English and Portuguese within the same game session.

My first thought was, that the Portuguese death speech might was the same as the English one, or that the file was named wrongly.

You got it right, Deadcode, that's what happening. I think this hole thing is so strange. Whatever language I choose (when I edit my team), all the death speeches are in Portuguese. I checked my soundbank and I found just speeches in Portuguese. Downloading a new soundbank should solve my problem?

The soundbanks are stored on the CD-ROM.

I'm not a pirate or even filthy or dirty. I just joined this comunity and posted this thread in order to find a solution for my problem, not to take ofenses from punks like you.

Well you see, when you come to the official forum of the game and you say "Yeah - I downloaded it from some site", that doesn't sound good so we have to ask whether it was the trymedia eddition or not.

Oh and by the way, the trymedia versions don't like being patched up so don't try it else you'll ruin the game.

If you're a pirate, I'll call you what I like, thank you very much. If you haven't noticed, I don't belong to the country where it's illegal to annoy people over the internet (america)

May I politely enquire as to where you downloaded your game from?

I've got a downloaded version.
This is easy:
1) Trygames or Gametap downloadable (and of course paid) versions:
--You can't patch.
--You've been ripped-off more money than the CD retail version with shipping.
--Sorry.

2) Every other download:
--You are a stinking pirate (and not the funny, cool ones)
--This is against the forum rules and might get you banned.
--Get the f*ck off this forum until you have bought the game.

You tell us that you downloaded the, which might include an illegal download.
When someone asks, you call us punks?
