as my girlfriend moved faaaar away (2.000km), we'd like to spend some time together on the computer as "us-time" :-)

so I thought of good old worms which I really loved and now the question:


Which WORMS should we get so we can play online against each other (alone) ?

I can use my computer as an server, too so I get an IP if needed ...
please tell :-) !!

you can choose but Worms Armageddon is clearly the best choice.

Worms Armageddon is certainly a great choice indeed. The updates are excellent too.

Don't rule out Worms World Party either, as it has that cracking WormPot.

Worms: Armageddon is the best game for 2D, and Worms4:Mayhem is the best for 3D.
3D games are generally shorter and more relaxing than 2D, but they also require less skill (or more skill, if you prefer to just stick at long range instead of getting in close)
Also, Worms World Party is pretty much an inferior version of W: Armageddon, because only W:A has gotten updates and patches; but it does have a Wormpot mode (wacky game settings), online multiplayer missions, and a nice nifty mission editor. W:A doesn't have any of those.

Myself, I just got my own girlfriend W:A recently for her birthday. But she did already have Worms4.

I'd suggest W:A for online play, it's got much nicer online features and lobby than the other games.

You could get the worms multipack and save yourself the choice.

Whatever you do, don't get the Trymedia version!!

I've never played W:A online so I don't know what that's like, but I think W4 is the best because it's fun, relaxing, the chat system's good, and I personally think it's the best of worms.

Worms 4 Mayhem is really funny and relaxing , while the 2D games are really strain and they require more skill.It`s your choice though.;)

Huh what the hell. The 2d games are incredibly fun, I don't get why you find them stressing...
Unless you consider putting some toughts into your turns to be stressing. But that's just wrong, it's just harmless mental excersize, and if you can't handle this then there's something seriously wrong with your brain.

Well, probably not so fantastic anymore, as those condoms would be about 10 years old by now, which could be a bit risky.

Worms 4 Mayhem or Worms Armageddon.

Although in Worms 4 Mayhem you are also able to dress (customize) your worms. And I'm sure that she will like it! xD

Well, take Worms 4 Mayhem.

It's still one of the best Worms, after WA.
