Ever since W:OW2 came out there have been about 12 new members and I'm not saying anything's wrong with that but, it's kind of bugging me. I love to see a new guy join every month or so but one day I just decide to go into W:OW2's forum and their posts outnumber our posts, and thats really surprising.

Now there spreading! I looked at the avatar forum, then went into the thread "the avatar above you" and a newbie without any avatar posted there with the stupidest piece of spam I've ever seen. it was off topic, it was insulting, and it just wasn't well thought out it just said "lame". that sparked a small flame inside of me.

I think this has happend before and if it has then do these people go away or just become part of the forum?

It always happens when a new game comes out, and loads of extra people join, and unfortunately bring spam with them. But still, there's nothin' really wrong with this at all, they have as much right to post as us 'regulars', so stop complaining. It's not as if you (or many of us) were model forumers when we joined.

Chances are a lot of them will leave, but I should think a fair few stay, as I seem to remember that's what happened the other times.

There's nothing wrong with new people registering on a forum. It's making sure they're not total spam-heads, that's the problem. To be hoenst, it's a problem that the forum's been experiencing now for a good couple of years.

I'm not saying that there all bad people. only one guy spamed the rest are nice so far, the main purpose of this thread was just the question of why there were so many people, but I think you've misunderstood a lot of what I was saying. some of the new guys seem like great members and I would love for them to join permenetly but there's just to much at one time.

New members joining forums are a way of life, and if you had been here long enough, you'd see that it happens when every new T17 game is released.
