for some strange reason when i try and play my game online it shuts down and a send error report comes up so im unable to play worms armageddon online can anybody help me please

Do you have the latest patch from the official Worms Armageddon site (http://wa.team17.com/)?

Gonna need more info - at what exact point does it shut down? When an online game begins? When you join an online game? When you login? When you click the wormnet button?

im using soldout version of the game so the updates are already there i just install them off the disk and for shutting off as soon as i log in and the wormnet main pages appears that is when it shuts down the game i am using version v3.50b2

That is not the latest beta update.
Get 3.6.28.0 from the link in the 2nd post (or from my signature).
