Is the fiddler compatible with the new patch? What, if any, tedious hacking process can make it work this time? Or will I have to wait for deadcode to integrate .fsc files in-game?
(I have the UK version of WA.exe, not sure what differance that makes now though)

the fiddler is only compatible with W:A v3.00

Considering WA didn't work on XP at all until now, that's not too helpful.

Follow these (worms2d.info/The_Fiddler) directions. This should enable you to use the fiddler and the features of the patch (unfortunately, not with the same .exe, meaning that you won't be able to use the features of the patch + fiddler in the same game until Deadcode gives WA the ability to read .fsc files.).

Are there a manual way, or a patch, to run Fiddler with any WA version that supports game recordings?

THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

in beta versions, no
in plain 3.00, yes

if you want to record a video, try fraps (http://www.fraps.com/)
:p

if you want to record a video, try fraps

But unless you register it (which costs money) then you can only record 30 seconds of footage.

Sorry, i tried Fraps, but with my excelent quadcore, with sataII disk and gforce 8600gt. 2giga ram, the game slows down and it is unplayable. ;(

Gforce 8600gt......thats the problem....that vcard scks ass, nothing to presume.
Change it to a 8800 (at least) and then tell me......recording video from games depends more in your vcard than in your "excelent quadcore"

PD: maybe im too agresive....but having a gforce 8600gt with a quadcore makes no sense to me (for gaming)

It more likely depends on your hard drive performance and how much memory you have installed on your computer. Video recording isn't done by the video card so your Quad core will indeed help.

When you want to record W:A games, try playing on a virtual computer and record the window with Camtasia.

Or just record the replay....
