Actually, that's very good. I like how the retraction of the mouth is that much faster, I love little details in things. The cape (?) looks a little bit weird but I'm not sure how I'd draw it so it was better. I don't know if eyebrows would be a good idea because it might clutter things up too much (and if they move as well it might make the animation a little too 'busy'), but if you think you can pull it off and make it look good, go for it.

Uhh... It's not like I password protected the pictures. Just save them and edit away in whatever program you got. Paint works, but if you need a program to make a gif animation of the pictures just google, there's plenty free.

Edit: I can't. But you should have made it only 2 or 3 frames for hand moving per tail rotation, instead of a full up-and-down like you do. 64 frames is way too much!

I know you said it's not smooth, but the movement of the hands is very... 'jagged'. Like in the smiley you made before, the mouth movement kind of slowed down before it stopped, the hands here appear to just stop. I don't think it would add too many frames to make them slow down, if you sped up the movement in the middle.

I agree, adding an explosion would ruin the point. The emote "captures the moment" of the stepping on a mine, no need to remind people what happens next.
