I just looked on Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sold-Out-Software-WORMS2ANDARMG-Double/dp/B000E23XNA/ref=pd_bbs_1/202-6288197-3094246?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1187642081&sr=8-1) and it's £4.99 for a brand new version shipped from Amazon, so I imagine £1.51 is for a "used" item.

It's your choice really, but I'd spend the extra few £'s and get the brand new one from Amazon. £3.48 is hardly breaking the bank ;)

Well, they're pretty old games TBH. I got that double pack, new, from a Woolworth's near me a few months back for £3.
You're very unlikely to get "bad sellers" on Amazon Marketplace, I think, though. But yeah, the Play.com one is the best bet - you need to add 1.99 anyway for the postage, and by that time the difference is even less.
