in all fairness my first "art" wasn't any better, so...

try to improve on your skills a bit before using gradients, photoshop filters and stuff. shiny effects won't improve your art.

Filters and effects won't improve the art, it will just make the picture more fun, but art won't be improved.

Users cannot open and close their own threads. This thread will stay open as long as it isn't full of spam, in case Gloworm decides to post more art in it, and there's no reason to delete threads just because nobody's using them at the moment. Please stop discussing whether or not the thread should be open, because that isn't related to Fan Art and as such will result in deletions and points. If anyone thinks a thread needs closing, report it, don't post in it, because that's like the opposite of it being closed.
