You could always think of things to do with your one arm.

Assuming it's your dominant arm that is broken, you could build up strength and dexterity in your other arm and hand and become ambidextrous.

There are a large number of computer games that you can play with one hand, particularly those that only require a mouse or keyboard. When I had RSI badly, I played a lot of Command and Conquer and Diablo II and simply used my left hand for the mouse.
