update: i found some of the weapon tiles in WormMM, but i want ALL of the weapons, is there a pre-made pack like this?

You won't find all of the weapons because the WFW scheme doesn't use all of them.

There's some weapon icons here (http://worms2d.info/Game_logic#Weapons) and here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Worms_weapons_and_tools_menu.png).

The attached .psd file has the weapon blocks in it, one per layer.

But yes, it only includes weapons used in WFW before, which means you'd have to chop the others out of the image from CyberShadow's second link in case you're planning to innovate.

I'd actually recommend doing that for all the blocks since I think the quality of those is higher. If you do go through the trouble of doing them all, you could make a new .PSD file and upload it for others to use in the future.
