I've now done a bit of investigation.

According to http://forum.team17.co.uk/member.php?u=68426 the user in question has not been banned, as there is no user status showing so. Also, no infractions have ever been issued against this user and they don't appear to have been placed in the "Bad Email" group (also shows a user status). yauhui, please PM me with the message that gundom678 receives when they try to view a page on the forum.
