I am using a CD-ROM, but I acidently deleted them when I was backing up the files. I found them in Recycle bin.

uh... just make a copy of the cd and your done backing up.

how does moving files around on your hard disk solve this? did you delete folders outside the "user" folder?

Although the graphics folder is.
